A little tragic that the class missed catching the thing at the time maybe, people of perspective, busy scrapers. With the lawyer happening to die, the student took pause. Not having another legal contact in mind, overwhelmed, the student took pause, and the damage took hold, five point five years of tortious damage, 2005-2010. Tragic for the student to have not made the move back to the Cambridge area in 2002. I ought to have called out some more for half-time programming work to help afford the move, with a double-five on the 1991 computer science AP test, etc. For p_____/i_____, I was figuring on possibly asking for programming work after making the move. There were still decent solutions to make the move without family support. I looked at some sorry cheaper apartment listings, and went for the dullsville Utah transfer solution, yahoo. Gorgeous winter, I like the Cambridge winter just fine. I wasn't looking to renounce this educational institute I'd travelled to. Looking at the alumni jobs board, fall 2010, I felt good about an iOS programming job listing, but I did not apply for it. I read about seventy pages into an object-oriented modeling and design textbook in 2012 and was looking with interest at some job listings, feeling fine about getting around to applying, when a surprise loss of amity in the house, fighting for value in our days, each from our issues, each with our credibility and goodwill, disrupted the student from feeling at peace with the house as a place of study, and ironically as a place to apply from, place of peace and resentment. I was thinking about maybe moving to S____ C___, if I can afford the move. Dour matter to call for moving aid, I may not need it. I'll check in with my old parents and ask what they'd support for a move to that area, to face my job prospects from. Dumb old mess with this family, poor bourgeois. I have a twelve-k check to happily sign over for some months of rent. I want H_____ to be my landlord, stop by and talk about books and computers. I still feel good about my 2006 computer science study run. I read chapter one of somebody's classic computer science text, half of volume one, thinking through a few of the simple problems from the problem sets. And I read K&R C and Deep C Secrets. I also read about some silly computer languages. I borrowed and looked at somebody's seminal C++ book, but I thought I'd pick up object-oriented programming later. Check out my 2006 DOS programs. For an even smaller deal, check out my 2005 synth piece at /synthe. H_____ S____'s book looks like a worthy volume of interesting interview excerpts. I'm looking forward to reading it more this year, $21 B&N-member. I picked up the D_______ & D______, A__ & A_____ book at the time, and activated my first membership there, figuring on buying some more books this year. Weighty burdens. My favorite P____ S_______ dialogues are M___, S________, and G______. Several interesting ones... I haven't read the R_______ yet, T__ W____, __W, R______ after P_____, __T. P____ A______ and R____ Z______ were my two big authors in my secondary school years. I didn't read W____ until 2005... Disposable paragraph, more or less... Any interest in the plaint topic? Free to discuss without being quoted in the plaint page. Would a reasonable juror find for negligence from the committee denial, denied under policy arbitrarily, mendaciously stated, under a policy for a local labour interest in vain protection, unreversed with student dispute letter and ombuds contact? Here's my memory of the ombudsperson's scheduled call: "Try again. Other students have done it." [a difficult arrangement] [looking to the petition denial] [stated as being in agreement with the transfer credit examiner] "That's it, he has the power." [so the TCE decision is a wall against considering the student's petition?] "I'm sure it seems that way to you." [missing nuance of considering the petition] "You can file a grievance with the dean for undergraduate education." [on resolving the dispute by refunding tuition to part] "That money was for your professors!" The student was disappointed with the quality of the contact, expecting interest in the case and resolving it, more so. Cajole, dismiss, resist, accept, clutch and bark. Basic ombuds duty. A dumb, little tragedy of this ombuds contact experience for A____ is that looking to the definition of the word he estimated before the call that one might expect the ombudsperson to have a four-year program college or university degree. A discerning mind in agency for value, so evinced. Not until reviewing the matter in 2018, did A____ reconsider the poorer reality of that office job, yet fine. Discerning minds in agency for value, in duty so evinced. What a dream, what a deal, jurisconsult as you feel. But we don't know, we need a lawyer. film, movie quotes, apologies computer keyboards, more to say
